Returns & Refunds

At Flex Finds, products are shipped and fulfilled directly by our independent supplier partners.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility is subject to product condition, applicable supplier arrangements, and consumer protection laws.

Approved returns are processed by our fulfillment suppliers, who provide the appropriate return instructions and shipping labels. Customers should not send merchandise to Flex Finds without authorization.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method after an eligible return has been approved and the applicable supplier refund has been issued.
