Flex Finds operates as an independent online retailer. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers who are responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping orders directly to customers.

Flex Finds does not physically store, package, or ship these products.

Shipping and delivery estimates are based on information provided by our suppliers and shipping carriers. While we work with our suppliers to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly, shipping delays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our direct control may occasionally occur.

If a supplier is unable to fulfill an order, Flex Finds will work to resolve the issue, including providing updated shipping information or offering cancellation and a refund when required by applicable law.
