Our products are sourced from independent suppliers, including KIMITH BRAND and Goal Five, who handle product preparation, packaging, and shipping.

Flex Finds does not manufacture these products and is not the manufacturer of the brands sold on our website.

2. Products and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, sizing, and availability information.

Because products are supplied by third parties, inventory and availability may change.

All orders are subject to product availability and order acceptance.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and a refund when applicable.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

3. Orders and Payments

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, supplier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Although third-party suppliers handle fulfillment, Flex Finds remains the customer's point of contact for order assistance.

If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised time, we will provide the cancellation, delay-consent, and refund options required by law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Customers must contact Flex Finds or use an available authorized return process before sending merchandise back.

If a supplier is unable to complete an order, we will work with the customer to arrange a lawful resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund.

Order cancellations requested before shipment will be considered promptly. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun, except as required by law.

However, nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or limits our responsibilities regarding refunds, unfulfilled purchases, defective merchandise, or other customer rights where such limitations are prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in business operations, website features, or applicable legal requirements.
